Okie in Jersey was started in 2011 after I moved to New Jersey to live with my husband and our doggie, Miss Sophie Jean.
I was born and raised in Tulsa and truly believe than an Oklahoma sunset is the most beautiful site in the world. I am blessed with an amazingly loving family, strong friends, and constant support from both.
I spend my days in a cube, saving the world one regulatory audit at time. My nights are filled with running, blogging, couponing, watching old sitcom reruns, crafting, and finding the perfect tea to splenda ratio.
I believe in cardigans, dark chocolate, southern mid-west charm, homemade jelly, yoga pants, Chipotle Burrito Bowls, fall leaves, grace, organization, and a strong relationship with God.
